I grilled the chicken on our gas grill. As with almost any chicken dishes, I highly recommend brining the chicken first to prevent the meat from becoming dry during the cooking. These were moist and delicious. If you like spicy, add more jalapeno to the glaze.

Loved the jalapeno glaze on the chicken. It was subtle but added just enough flavor to be noticeable (and I think it helped keep the chicken moist). I cooked the chicken on my George Foreman grill which made it easy to baste with the jalapeno jelly.
