1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup apricot preserves
directions
Combine the cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until the mixture is combined and fluffy.
Beat in the apricot preserves. When combined, place the butter mixture in a covered container and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.
Delicious spread on bagels or toast, or use as a spread for a ham sandwich.
