ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
4 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
crushed corn chips
directions
Brown meat in a skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, brown sugar and cream cheese; stir until cheese melts. Add tomato sauce and defrosted vegetables.
Turn into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with corn chips. Cover and bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F) 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
