ingredients
4 pounds turkey necks
4 turkey wings
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup vinegar
directions
Boil wings and necks until well done. Pick turkey from the bones. Add the sage, salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix well in a bowl.
Leave overnight refrigerated. Slice to eat the next day.
