Fantastic
I've made this recipe for years. Got it from Sauveur Magazine. One question I've always had is what is 1/4 tsp ground ginger going to do for this quantity of meat? I've put it in and left it out - the meatloaf tastes the same. Is this a typo? At any rate, it's a good meatloaf. We love it. Makes great sandwiches, too.
