The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1 cup pizza sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon oregano, crushed
1 dash black pepper
green bell pepper (optional)
3 cups cornflakes
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Save 1/3 cup pizza sauce for topping.
Combine remaining sauce with egg, seasoning and green pepper. Crush cornflakes and add. Mix in ground beef.
Shape in shallow baking pan. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees F. Brush on half of seasoned sauce. Bake 20 minutes. Brush on remaining sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 15 minutes more. Let stand a little before cutting.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

If you have a craving for pizza, this meatloaf should to the trick! Pepperoni can be salty, so make sure not to add more salt than called for in the meatloaf. The recipe stated it serves 12? Definitely not. Maybe you can get 12 slices out of it but if you slice them too thin they won't hold together. Excellent recipe overall. The texture was good, flavor wasn't too strong or too understated. It's also a flexible recipe - you could substitute other favorite pizza toppings if you wish.
