12 White Castle hamburgers (including pickles and ketchup), torn into pieces
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup milk
1 pound ground pork
1 pinch oregano
2 cloves garlic
8 sprigs parsley, chopped
salt, to taste
1/2 can tomato sauce
directions
Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce in a large bowl.
Grease loaf pan. Shape mixture and place in pan; smooth meat with oiled hands.
Pour tomato sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
