ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cups canned pinto or kidney beans, drained
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 cup cooked cubed potatoes
directions
In a skillet, brown beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender, then drain. Add beans and tomato sauce. Stir and heat to boiling, then reduce heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Add oregano, cumin, and potatoes and cook until heated through.
