ingredients
1 teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder, more to taste
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion, more to taste
1 tablespoon margarine
1 can (16 ounce size) tomatoes
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 package corn chips
Optional
hot sauce
shredded lettuce
grated cheese
chopped onion
chopped tomatoes
sliced avocados
warm refried beans
directions
Sprinkle seasonings over ground chuck in bowl.
Saute onion in margarine in skillet until tender. Add ground chuck mixture. Cook until brown, stirring until crumbly.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, mixing well. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over corn chips. Top each serving with remaining ingredients as desired.
