2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1 onion (diced)
1 cup raw rice (cooked and drained)
2 cans tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen peas
1 can mushrooms
directions
Cook rice and brown meat until done. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into buttered casserole. Top with bacon strips.
Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. Do not cover casserole.
