ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 cup water
2 ounces noodles
1 can creamed corn
1 cup cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and ground beef; cook until done. Add tomato soup, water and noodles; mix well. Add creamed corn and half the grated cheese; mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into greased casserole; sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
