Hamburger Cutlets Parmesan

ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
flour
dry Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
6 slices Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
1 jar (15 ounce size) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Mix beef with parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into patties. Coat both sides with flour, dip in egg, and coat well with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides.
Arrange in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Top each patty with a slice of cheese. Pour spaghetti sauce over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
