ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove fresh garlic, pressed
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
salt, to taste
directions
Add oil to skillet and saute garlic and onion about 2-3 minutes. Add beef and salt, when meat is almost cooked add tomatoes, chile and cilantro. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
