ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 cup reduced-fat Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup cold water
1 tomato, small, sliced
directions
In a nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat until pink; drain. Remove from heat; stir in the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and onion.
In a bowl combine baking mix and cold water. Spread into a 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with beef mixture and tomato.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
