ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (12 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups cooked noodles
1 can French fried onion rings (optional)
directions
Brown mean and add onions. Cook until tender, but not brown.
Add next six ingredients. Mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Sprinkle the onion rings on the last 10 minutes of baking.
