directions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is cooked. Drain off any excess grease.

Add the beef mixture to the crock pot along with the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 1-2 hours or until heated through. Alternately, cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.

Stir well then serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
