Beef Patties With Proscuitto And Cheese Topping

ingredients
1 jar process cheese spread
1/2 pound ground beef
1 pound ground veal
4 tablespoons minced parsley
4 thin slices Prosciutto ham
4 large slices mozzarella
2 tablespoons minced parsley for garnish
directions
Warm cheese spread in microwave for 40 seconds. Cover and set aside.
Combine beef, veal and 2 Tb. parsley. Shape into flat, 1/2" thick patties. Heat skillet and brown patties 2 minutes on each side. Remove to broiler-proof platter.
Place 1 slice Prosciutto on each patty. Top each with a cheese slice. Ladle cheese spread over top. Broil 5" from broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly golden. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.

At first I thought why would you ruin good veal and expensive proscuitto by using processed cheese spread. But I was wrong, this is really good. Addicting good. Put the patties on a big soft onion bun and you are set!
