Beef Patties Parmesan

ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 can (15.5 ounce size) spaghetti sauce

directions
Combine beef, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Shape into flat patties 1/2" thick. Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan. Beat eggs with water.
Cut each patty with flour. Dip into egg then coat with bread crumb mixture. Allow to dry 30 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown patties on both sides.
Arrange in 12x8x2" baking dish. Top each patty with a slice of mozzarella. Pour spaghetti sauce over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in 400 degrees F oven for 25 minutes.
