ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Form the ground beef into equal sized patties. Place in a baking pan in a single layer.
In a bowl, combine the soup, oregano, and water. Mix well and pour evenly over the patties.
Top each patty with some mozzarella cheese.
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Can be served on top of a bed of pasta or on buns.

Was very good, but a little bit greasy. Need to use a leaner beef next time (I had 80% on hand) I used Italian seasoning instead of oregano. Bake in as small a pan as possible, so the soup mixture doesn't dry up and burn. I had a bit of burn along the edges where it was thin.

This is a great, simple recipe, with ingredients everyone has on hand. Ready in 20 minutes. My family loved it.
