1-2 hrs
ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package (5.6 to 6.2 ounce size) fast-cooking long grain and wild rice blend

1 1/3 cup hot water
1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce with portobella mushrooms
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat 6 minutes until beef is no longer pink and juices show no pink color. Break up into 3/4-inch crumbles. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon. Place in 8-inch square baking dish.
Add rice and seasonings from package. Toss with beef. Top evenly with vegetables.
In medium bowl, combine water and Alfredo sauce. Pour evenly over ground beef mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven 35 to 40 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
