Baked Stuffed Pumpkin

ingredients
1 small pumpkin
5 potatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 pounds ground beef
butter or oleo
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Cut off top of pumpkin and scoop out seeds. Cook potatoes. While potatoes are cooking, saute onion and hamburger in butter or oleo.
Mash potato and hamburger together (do not add milk). Add cinnamon, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper; mix well, and stuff the pumpkin.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until a fork goes through the pumpkin easily.
