ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 cup high pulp orange juice
2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
4 teaspoons sugar
3 eggs large
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons baking powder
FUN STUFF AND TOPPINGS (choose any combo of the following
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)

Heat griddle pan or frying pan over medium heat, spray with non-stick butter flavored spray.
Whisk together the all of the ingredients before the fun stuff until batter is completely mixed. Add one or more of the items in the fun stuff. Stir to combine. Cook over medium heat until the edges are dry. carefully turn over and cook until golden brown. Some of the fun stuff can be used as a topping or use your favorite topping.
May be kept warm in a 225 degrees F oven until ready to serve.
I like to add strawberries and walnuts for a great combination of flavors. Also add chocolate chips to the mix and place Chopped pecans on top of the stack.
