ingredients
1 package (10 ounce size) baby lima beans
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen sweet kernel corn
4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup cream
2 teaspoons dill
directions
Simmer the lima beans, corn and scallions in the margarine for 6 minutes. Stir in the cream, heat through, then stir in the dill.
Serve underneath fish or along side any other entree.
