ingredients
1 2/3 gallon water
3/4 cup orange juice frozen concentrate
2 2/3 tablespoons salt
3/4 gallon white rice
1 1/2 cup dehydrated onion flakes
directions
In full-size hotel pan(s), combine water, juice concentrate (thawed), dehydrated onion flakes, and salt. Bring to boil, add rice. Remove from heat.
Cover and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes. Remove and let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
