An easy way to make delicious smoothies - by adding Kool-Aid powder to the mix. You can use low fat or fat free milk and yogurt and sugar-free Kool-Aid, if desired (add your own sweetener as needed).

3 cups milk
2 containers (8 ounce size) lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 medium banana, peeled sliced
1 envelope Kool-Aid sugar-sweetened soft drink mix, any flavor
Combine the milk, vanilla yogurt, banana, and dry Kool-Aid powder in a blender. Cover the blender and process for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Fill glasses half full with ice cubes (if desired). Divide the banana yogurt Kool-Aid smoothies between the glasses and serve immediately.
