ingredients
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
1 can diced green chiles
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup biscuit baking mix
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spread into a greased casserole dish. Top with additional grated cheese.
Bake in a 375 degrees F oven until top is browned, approximately 40 minutes.
