Cheese Scalloped Corn

ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans (16 ounce size) cream-style corn
1 cup milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased 1-quart casseroles. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for about 35-40 minutes.

This recipe is excellent. My husband begs for me to make it. Sounds weird but try using graham cracker crumbs instead of regular cracker crumbs. It makes all the difference.
