ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons shortening
1 egg, BEATEN WITH
2 tablespoons milk
3 cups diced rhubarb
1 package (3 ounce size) strawberry gelatin
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup melted margarine
directions
Mix together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Pat mixture into bottom and sides of round pizza pan or a 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Spread rhubarb over bottom crust and sprinkle with dry gelatin.
Blend together 3 remaining ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb and gelatin. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
