Microwave Peach Cobbler For 1

This delicious single-serving peach cobbler can be made in just a few minutes. Great for kids or a late night dessert craving.
ingredients
2 graham crackers
1/2 tablespoon cold butter
1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
2 teaspoons sugar
2 pinches ground cinnamon, or to taste
directions
Crush the graham crackers coarsely and place in a microwave-safe bowl or dessert dish.
Cut the butter into bits and sprinkle evenly over the graham crackers. Top with the peach slices. Sprinkle the peach slices with the sugar and cinnamon.
Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high heat, uncovered, for 4 minutes.
Serve the peach cobbler warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
