Orange-Glazed Ham Steak

ingredients
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 pound fully cooked center-cut ham slice, 1/2-inch thick
directions
Heat grill. To make glaze, in small bowl combine marmalade and mustard.
When ready to barbecue, place ham on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Brush generously with glaze. Cook ham 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once and brushing with glaze.
BROILER DIRECTIONS: Prepare glaze as directed. Broil ham 4 to 6 inches from heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once and brushing with glaze.
