It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Gotta tell you, this just didn't taste good. The white grape juice flavor overshadowed every other ingredient. This punch needed more brightness, crispness and spice. The funky flavor was an especially poor counterpoint to the white wine sangria it was served with. Few guest tried this grape juice based drink and those who did, didn't finish it. Maybe this is a good option for white grape juice fans (are there any?), but there a million citrus punches that would better serve as a non-alcoholic accompaniment to a nice white wine sangria.
