Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

The grill is a great way to cook a whole turkey especially if you have your oven filled up with side dishes. You can use a gas or charcoal grill, just make sure you maintain the temp during the cooking time.

1 whole turkey (14 to 16 pound size)
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the grill to high heat for 10 minutes while you prepare the turkey.
Remove the neck bone and any giblets from the turkey cavity (set aside for another use). Rinse the turkey inside and out and dry with paper towels. Season the turkey with salt and pepper, inside and out, making sure to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Tuck the wing tips under the bird and tie the legs together with kitchen twine. Place the turkey on a rack in a roasting pan.
Turn off one of the grill burners (the center burner if there are three). Place the roasting pan on the off burner and fill the pan with 2 cups of water.
Close the grill lid and grill for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until the thigh measures 165 degrees F when tested with a meat thermometer. Rotate the roasting pan during the cooking time as needed to cook evenly. Keep the grill lid closed as much as possible or the cooking time may be extended.
Remove the turkey from the grill and loosely cover with foil. Let it stand for 20 minutes before carving. The temperature of the meat will continue to rise by 5-10 degrees while it rests so do not let it overcook while on the grill.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
