3 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cup quick oats
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup dried minced onion
1 bottle (16 ounce size) barbecue sauce, divided
directions
In a large bowl, combine beef, oats, eggs, milk, pepper, onion, and half of the barbecue sauce.
Press meat mixture into a greased 5 to 7-quart slow cooker. Spread remaining barbecue sauce over top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
