ingredients
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
salt and pepper
5 pounds chicken wings (tips removed and discarded)
directions
Lightly cover wings with salt and pepper; place on pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wings.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour. Flip wings and continue for one half hour.
