Tabasco Chicken Wings

ingredients
20 chicken wings
1/2 gallon vegetable oil
2 sticks butter
2 bottles real Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon white vinegar
directions
Use 6-quart pan and fill with oil. Separate wing pieces discarding ends and splitting other parts in two. Add wings to heated oil and deep-fry wings until they float or a little longer till crispy.
Simultaneously place butter, Tabasco sauce and white vinegar in another fry pan. Stir, do not boil.
Add floating wings to the fry pan and allow to simmer for 10 minutes on a very low flame, keep turning.
Arrange on a platter and serve with a bowl of blue cheese dressing in center and celery sticks around wings.
