ingredients
1 unbaked pizza crust
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 ounces Spam, cubed
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
In large skillet, saute vegetables in oil until tender. Spoon sauteed vegetables and cubed Spam on to pizza crust placed on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Spoon spaghetti sauce over Spam.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
