San Francisco-Style Teriyaki Pizza

ingredients
1 Italian bread shell (12-inch size)
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
2 fully cooked poultry sausages (about 3 ounces each), thinly sliced
directions
Place bread shell on a large pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Spread teriyaki sauce evenly over bread. Arrange onion and pepper slices over sauce, then cover with 1 cup cheese. Place sausage over cheese and sprinkle remaining cheese over all.
Bake in a 450 degrees F oven for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
