Low Carb Deep-Dish Pizza

ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup half and half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded mixed Italian cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add half and half, Parmesan cheese, and spices. Mix well.
Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle Italian cheeses into dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread tomato sauce on top of cheese base, carefully, as it may not yet be set. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with favorite toppings. Return to oven and bake until bubbly and browning.
Allow to stand for at least 10 minutes before cutting.

Used the suggestion of 375 degrees to cook this. All in all I liked it. I really miss "real" pizza but I'm sticking to the low carb WOL!

This low carb pizza was great!! I set the oven to 375 degrees and it cooked perfectly at that temperature. We've been trying to find a good low carb pizza recipe and now we found one.
