Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

My kids request this recipe all the time. It's great because they can pick their toppings each time to customize it so it's always different.

I gave this a 5 because it EASY, FUN TO MAKE, and DELICIOUS. My daughter and I left out the meat and the veggies we chose were: red bell pepper, lots of mushrooms, and zucchini squash (slice it thin - as well as the mushrooms) Don't forget the garlic. We followed the recipe exactly as written with these choices of veggies. It was GREAT! Will definitely make again. THANK YOU!
