1 package (4 ounce size) instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.
