ingredients
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups granulated sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cup oil
4 egg whites (beaten)
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix flour and sugar together. Make a well in center, add yolks and oil. Mix. Fold in egg whites. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour into greased tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
