3 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
5 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Glaze
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/2 teaspoon butter extract
directions
Cream together the sugar, butter and margarine. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add the vanilla, coconut flavor, almond flavor, lemon flavor, rum flavor, and butter flavor. Add flour, baking powder and evaporated milk. Blend until well mixed.
Bake at 300 degrees F in floured tube pan 1 1/2-2 hours. Pour cooled glaze over hot cake.
GLAZE: Cook until sugar dissolves; cool. Pour over hot cake.
