ingredients
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound pecan halves
directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Beat egg whites foamy but not stiff. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir in pecans. Spread on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, Stirring 3 or 4 times.

Addicting! Made a second batch using the same recipe but added chili powder for half of the cinnamon. Gave it a lovely kick!

These were very good nice flavor and crisp. Taste like the ones you can get at the fair each year.
