2 cups whole fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnut halves
2 seedless oranges, peeled
1 cup seedless grapes
1 1/2 teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
directions
Combine the cranberries, sugar, walnuts, oranges, grapes, and ginger in a food processor. Process until chopped fine.
Place the mixture in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir well before serving.
