Roasted Garlic Soybean Hummus

ingredients
3 large cloves garlic
1 1/2 cup cooked soybeans
2 tablespoons roasted sesame tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh parsley
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons water or vegetable broth, more as needed
directions
Preheat broiler.
Broil garlic cloves for 5 to 10 minutes, or until they just begin to brown and can be pierced easily with a fork.
In a food processor, combine garlic with soybeans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and parsley.
Blend until smooth, adding salt to taste and water or broth to reach desired consistency.

Absolutely Delicious! I added a bit more lemon when I made it. I plan on using this as a condiment for a grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat pita bread!
