Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

1 package frozen bread dough
Thaw the dough as directed on the package and let rise.
Divide the loaf in half and roll out into a circle with a rolling pin. You want the dough thin.
Cut with bat shaped cookie cutters. How many you get will depend on the size of the cutters.
Place bats on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned (if you are using larger shaped cutters you may need to bake them longer).
If desired, you can brush the bats with egg white mixed with a little water to make a shiny crust.

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

My second batch turned out better. The key is getting the perfect cookie cutter - the shape is important. These are so easy to make and turns any meal, buffet or party spread into a fun festive occasion.
