1 can (15 ounce size) pitted black olives, drained
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 roasted red pepper, fresh or jarred, well drained if jarred
Combine the beans, olives, lemon juice, and roasted pepper in a blender or food processor. Puree until desired consistency.
Serve with your favorite dippers (pita bread wedges or potato chips go great with this).
