Baharat is a traditional blend of spices used in Saudi Arabian cuisine. Baharat can be used to flavor both savory and sweet dishes.

1/3 cup black pepper
1/4 cup ground coriander
1/4 cup ground cinnamon
1/4 cup ground cloves
1/3 cup ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1/4 cup ground nutmeg
1/2 cup paprika
1/3 cup curry powder
1/4 cup ground dried Persian limes
Combine all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Store the baharat in a cool location for up to 2 months.
