ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bag (16 ounce size) frozen peas
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
4 cups cooked rice
directions
Add peas and tomato sauce to cooked rice. Fry onion and hamburger until done drain off grease. Season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients. Put in covered casserole bowl.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until hot. Remove cover a short time before finished to allow top to brown slightly. YUM!
