Help! I don't know what I did wrong, but it didn't set up at all. All the liquid stayed to the bottom. I did boil it in the microwave. Would like to try again but the first round cost me $ 13.00 in groceries & went down the drain. Any suggestions?

This is easy! A wonderful holiday favorite of my family. I used canned bing cherries and used 1 1/2 cans for more cherries. I used toasted pecans.
